Key dates for Hearing Stream 7 are:

• 10 Feb 2023 - Section 42A Officers' reports due
• 17 Feb 2023 - Submitters wishing to be heard need to advise the Hearing Administrator, including any requests for more than 15 minutes hearing time
• 24 Feb 2023 - Submitter expert evidence due
• 3 Mar 2023 - Rebuttal evidence due
• 7 Mar 2023 - Applications for leave by any party to ask questions of another party or to cross-examine any witnesses
• 9 Mar 2023 - Submitter statements longer than 3 A4 pages and legal submissions
• 13 Mar 2023 - Hearing Stream 7 commences

Hearing Notice and Schedule

A notice of hearing has been issued. Submitters who wish to be heard must advise the hearing administrator no later than 1 pm, Friday 17 February 2023.
